Order Arrival Time

Orders are processed, shipped and delivered during regular business hours CST Monday through Friday (holidays excluded). Your order will take approximately 1-2 business days to process depending on the product type and order size. Many products are shipped the same day ordered if they are in our warehouse stock and the order is received by 2pm CST. Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you so that you can track your package. Estimated arrival dates are available on the UPS and FedEx tracking sites.

Cancel or Change My Order

A majority of our orders are processed immediately.  Once an order is placed and an order number is established, we are unable to guarantee that we can cancel or change your order after it has been placed.  Backorders may be cancelled up until the day the order ships.  Please submit a customer service request form if you would like to attempt to cancel your order.  Cancelled orders will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee plus any applicable shipping costs incurred.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item sold by Cordless Workz within 30 days of the original shipping date for a replacement or an applicable refund. 
Outside of 30 days, please contact the manufacturer for warranty support.  Please REVIEW INSTRUCTIONS below before returning your order so that your credit amount or replacement will not be at risk or delayed.

Return for Credit

Refund of order total less a 15% shipping/restocking fee ($15 min.) to cover shipping & handling costs incurred during processing. Expedited shipping cannot be refunded.

Replacement / Exchange

Full refund of order total when defective item is received and comparable replacement item is ordered.

Cordless Workz is not liable for packages that were damaged, lost or not delivered on time due to our delivery companies (UPS, FedEx & USPS), though we will assist in filing claims and getting replacements when applicable. 

All orders refused upon delivery will be subject to a 15% processing fee plus shipping costs.

Items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with the original packing slip, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. No refunds or exchanges will be made without the original packaging and accessories.  We are unable to reimburse for return shipping and handling costs, unless we have made an error with the shipment.

Please allow approximately 20 business days for your return to be processed and your credit card to be credited once your return has arrived at our warehouse.  We verify each unit for completeness and validate its working condition before we are able to issue credit.  To facilitate exchanges, we apply credit to your return and you may place a new order at your convenience.  Please use our contact form for any questions related to your return/exchange.

Returns Instructions

First, please review our Return Policy above and then contact us for a Return Authorization number (RA#).  To expedite and receive proper credit for your Cordless Workz return, please label the outside of the shipping box with your RA # and include this number in the address as noted below.  We recommend that you use UPS or FedEx for shipping your return to us since these shippers will provide a tracking # for your shipment.  We are not responsible for return shipments that have been lost by shippers. 
Returns without a RA# will likely result in a delay in processing and will be subject to an additional 10% processing fee (besides any applicable shipping or restocking fees) .

To expedite your returns process, please email us your order number and the return shipment tracking number so we can quickly track your package and credit your account.  Your item must be in its original packaging with the original packing slip, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.  If any of these items are not included with the return, we will be unable to offer credit for or replacement of your item.  We strongly recommend that you securely pack your item and that you insure your shipment for the full purchase price of your item.  If we receive your unit back in damaged condition, we will notify you and a claim can be filed with your carrier.  We are unable to issue a credit or refund on packages that are returned in damaged condition. 

Once the return shipment has been received, please allow 20 business days for credit to be processed and 5 business days for replacements to be sent.  Please use our contact form for any questions related to your return/exchange.

Warranty

The warranty period is located on each product description page.  All phones we currently sell are brand new from the manufacturer and come with a 1 year manufacturer's warranty.  Cordless Workz handles support within the first 30 days of shipment.  The manufacturer should be contacted outside of 30 days from original shipment for support.

When will my Order Ship?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours (weekdays & non-holidays).  Shipping time is subject to shipper (UPS, FedEx & USPS) schedules and varies depending on shipping address and shipping method selected at checkout.  You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your package has been shipped.  Ground shipments typically arrive within 8 business days.  Multiple items may arrive separately, since products occasionally ship from different warehouses.

Cordless Workz is not liable for shipper delays.  Cordless Workz will assist with filing any shipper claim associated with expedited shipments that have failed to meet expected delivery times (1 business day + expedited shipping selection).

Shipping Costs & Methods

Ground Shipping within the continental U.S. is free.  To determine expedited shipping costs, please add products to our shopping cart and then enter your zip code.  Minimum shipping costs to AK or HI will be the 2-Day option.  

Our standard ground and express shippers are UPS and FedEx.  We will occasionally use other shippers (ex. USPS) for APO addresses or bulk shipments (ex. Airborne or Freight trucking).

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to APO addresses outside of the U.S.  For APO addresses within the U.S., we require a street address to complete shipment.  For U.S. APO locations, please include the full address for your APO location including the street address.  Please ensure that your billing address matches the billing address listed with your credit card company.
