The Panasonic KX-TG4500B is a fantastic cordless phone for small and home-based businesses. Our customers have found this phone to be easy to install and set up with no additional installation costs required. This phone has also received high marks on sound quality and clarity (on both the base unit and handsets). Transferring calls between handsets works very well as does the phonebook feature in each handset. Panasonic owners will be happy to know that the buttons on the handset have been improved over the previous model. On the negative side, the range on this phone (5.8GHz frequency) is limited. If you need to go over 100 ft. and through more than 1 wall, you should consider the 4-line RCA 25450RE3 instead (which has outstanding range). Also, the maximum number of handsets is only 8 (if you need more than 8, you will have to opt for the RCA 25450RE3 which can support up to 16 handsets).

This is a great little system, we liked it very much. The ONLY downside we had is that 8 extensions was not enough, otherwise we'd still be using it. There are no running of wires all over the place, you can move them where ever you need too, and the range really wasn't all that bad.
